UGS Flag Feed: UGS Flag Feed
A. Initial Steps.
- UGS sends changes
- Place received spread sheet in Z:\Course Scheduling\2. Production Phases\Post-Production\Flag Exceptions
- Make sure CSN’s match course info listed in spreadsheet
B. Changing Flags
- Make sure CSN’s match course info listed in spreadsheet
- Click on Attributes tab
- Click “view matching flags in inventory”. This opens a new tab.
- Choose which flag you want to add or remove in the drop down menu of the new tab.
- Click add or remove depending on request.
- Click out of window and refresh the page.
- Verify that the flag was edited by scrolling to bottom of page and looking under Log Records.
3. Miscellaneous Notes
a. Same As courses and multi sections must have same flags, if there is discrepancy, seek clarification from UGS
b. Always use the CSN, not unique. CSN never changes.
c. Compile all changes in one spread sheet
