Pro Tools won't Open - Fix is to Hold Down the "N" Key

Could not create the TCE plug-in's factory default file because the plug-in doesn't support the current sample rate - error

In the Grad suites we are getting this error "could not create the tce plugins factory default file because the plug-in doesn't support the current sample rate"
Hit OK again and
Quit ProTools
Open ProTools again and hold down the "N" key this time When you get to this menu choose "Built IN - Output" Click OK
ProTools will open normally now.
