Make sure to invite all current SPs to the current semester's folder as collaborators.  Students will need to create a box account for this. 

(Collaborators can up/down load, in addition to view.  A shared link can only be viewed or downloaded.)

Regularly check the agendas and poke SPs accordingly to make sure they're complying and including any additional material in an organized way.
